It's easy to find what you're looking for at the Online Store. Just browse our product categories to locate the item you're interested in. If you have trouble, our convenient advanced search feature makes it easy to find what you need.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

The Online Store ships via UPS. An order, placed by 3 p.m Eastern Time, for inventoried items will usually be processed within 48 hours. The Online Store ships all standard orders via ground service. These items should arrive to you within 7 to 10 business days, after processing. Express services may be available for in stock orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Express services are not available on heavy and oversize items, and items delivered from the manufacturer.

Below are the UPS shipping services offered by the Online Store. During checkout you can select the service you require. If the service you require is not available, a Customer Care Representative will contact you. If you have special rush delivery needs, please call the Online Store before placing your order.

Please allow extra time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions and territories on all shipping methods.

RETURN POLICY

The Online Store ensures the satisfaction of all individual product orders. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to the Online Store within 30 days of the merchandise arrival. If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service.

Please do not return the items to an address on the packing materials or Web site. In some cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods. Customer Care will provide you with the specific information you need and be happy to address any concerns you may have at that time.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Individual orders can be returned to the Online Store mailing address located on your packing slip.

Custom manufactured orders receive significant discounts and cannot be returned after client approval has been received by the Customer Store. If there are problems with the custom imprinting or damage occurs during shipping, the Online Store will replace the damaged products free of charge.

Refunds may require merchandise return. Credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials and do not include shipping costs unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For your convenience, the Online Store accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club. Call customer care if you prefer to pay by COD, purchase order or check.
